Gotta love Youtube! We don’t reckon anyone’s seen this in 40 years or so.

The Saints, just before they left for London in ’77, recorded live in the ABC studios, performing a raw as hell version of “Orstralia”, a song that would eventually appear on their Eternally Yours album, which is 40 years old this year. Compere Ron E Sparx gets the story a bit wrong at the start (they didn’t release their own album ya dummy!) which goes to show the lack of mainstream interest in the band at the time here at home but don’t worry about that – this is history in the making here folks.
