Faith No More well and truly got a party started back in 1990 when they pulled together an all-star lineup at the Hollywood Palladium. They warmed up the crowd with a special rendition of their own hit song, “Epic” featuring “Bust A Move” rapper, Young MC (and a whole lot of hair swinging!), before unleashing none other than Ozzy Osbourne on the unexpecting audience  for a raucous rendition of Black Sabbath's "War Pigs," which also saw Metallica's James Hetfield join in on guitar. Watch the totally badass performance below:

Mike Patton and Co. had just covered "War Pigs" one year earlier on their 1989 album The Real Thing and had already made it a staple of their live set. Ozzy was riding high with his smash LP No More Tears on the horizon but threw himself into the Sabbath classic with enough gusto to incite a riot. It was an unexpected, unbeatable and unhinged moment, surely impossible to top for FNM and Sabbath fans alike!
