Classic rock legends, Led Zeppelin has become the latest massive heritage band to join the viral video platform Tik Tok.

The band’s new profile promises Led Zeppelin-themed artwork, graphics, archive live performances and more, along with the full Led Zep discography of 100-plus live and studio-recorded songs that can now be used by TikTokers to soundtrack their own posts.

Led Zeppelin announced their account with an eight-second snippet of their 1970 Led Zeppelin III track, Immigrant Song. Check it out below.

2021 has seen other iconic artists join the platform – like ABBA and the Beatles who added 36 of their biggest hits to the platform including Hey Jude, Eleanor Rigby and Day Tripper – which last month surpassed YouTube for average watch time in the US and UK.

Earlier this year, the first-ever authorized Led Zeppelin documentary was announced. Becoming Led Zeppelin will feature new interviews with surviving members Jimmy Page, Robert Plant and John Paul Jones, along with a long-lost interview with late drummer John Bonham, which has spent the last 30 years buried in an Australian archive of 30,000 unlabelled recordings. “The thing about John is that he is living in this film,” Jimmy Page noted. Check it out, here.
