Liam Gallagher has announced an upcoming virtual gig, meaning fans from around the world can enjoy his sneering rock swagger from the comfort of the very own homes.

Down By The River Thames will air on the virtual reality streaming platform, MelodyVR on Sunday, December 6th. Gallagher announced the news via Twitter, saying:

“I’m performing tracks from my 2 number 1 solo albums and some stone-cold Oasis classics, some of which you haven’t heard for a long, long time… c’mon you know.”

Gallagher’s Down By The River Thames concert will be streamed around the world in timezone specific allocations.  Aussie fans will be able to tune in at 8pm AEDT on Sunday, December 6th. Tickets will officially go on sale on Friday, November 13th, with presale available from November 10th via Ticketmaster, here.
