Foo Fighters’ have penned a brand new theme song for a revival series of Jim Henson’s classic 80s kid's show, The Muppets, Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock which premiered on Apple TV+ earlier this week.
“Jim Henson’s fun-loving, musical Fraggles are back!” a Back to the Rock show synopsis says. “Join Gobo, Red, Wembley, Mokey, Boober and new Fraggle friends on hilarious, epic adventures about the magic that happens when we celebrate and care for our interconnected world.”
The song, aptly titled Fragile Rock Rock, pays homage to the shows original theme song and also features some pretty wacky Grohl penned lyrics that give him away as a Fraggle fan from way back! Listen below.

Foo Fighters are also gearing up for the premiere of their debut comedy horror movie, Studio 666 on February 25th. Frontman Dave Grohl previously said: “Like most things Foo, Studio 666 began with a far-fetched idea that blossomed into something bigger than we ever imagined possible... Filmed at the same house where we recorded our latest album Medicine at Midnight (told you that place was haunted!), we wanted to recapture the classic magic that all of our favourite rock 'n' roll movies had but with a twist: hilarious gore that fucking rocks.”
