Very sad news received yesterday. Musch loved Aussie musician Paul Gray sadly passed away. The cause of death was multiple myeloma of which he was diagnosed in 2014. Brother and fellow band member Mark Gray released a statement about Paul's death;

"It is with deep sorrow and a heavy heart that we announce that Paul Gray passed away peacefully. We would like to thank all the doctors, hospital staff, relatives, friends and fans for the overwhelming support given to Paul and our family while he heroically battled multiple myeloma."

Messages of love for Paul have poured over social media from his longtime friends and collaborators in the Australian music industry.

Paul first came to fame in the early 80s with pop band Wa Wa Nee and their hit single "Stimulation" which hit #2 in the ARIA charts in 1985. Following their break-up, he stayed a prominent figure in the Aussie touring scene as a keyboard player, musical director, songwriter and producer with artists including Tina Arena, Kate Ceberano and more. 

RIP Paul Gray and thank you for your wonderful contribution to music.
