The Cranberries’ Dolores O’Riordan would have celebrated her 50th birthday earlier this week (September 6th). To mark the occasion, the band have shared a new music video and playlist in honour of their late frontwoman.

The playlist is made up of a compilation of tracks that span the Cranberries’ entire discography. The band shared a link to streaming platforms, along with a message heartfelt message wishing Dolores a happy 50th birthday and inviting fans to share their memories of the greatly-missed singer. Stream the Remembering Dolores playlist, here.

“In order to celebrate all that she inspired and the joy that she has given on her 50th Birthday, her bandmates, friends and family, have pulled together a brand new playlist called ‘Remembering Dolores’ which is available now on all streaming platforms,” the band wrote.

The playlist opens with Never Grow Old, the opening track from the band’s 2001 album Wake Up And Smell The Coffee, which will turn 20 this October. A brand new music video for the track, featuring never-before-seen archival footage of the band has been shared.

In the video, O’Riordan addresses the camera directly and says, “Sorry we can’t be with you but, as you can see, we’ve got work to do.” Watch below.

O’Riordan passed unexpectedly in a London hotel in 2018, as a result of accidentally drowning in a bath.

She is greatly missed by all.
