Summer(time) is just around the corner and Thirsty Merc are hitting the road again!

“We’re excited to be returning to the stage to help kick off Summer, this time with a fantastic mix of Merc club shows, festival dates and double-headline gigs” Rai Thistlethwayte said today. “Please come along and help celebrate the best time of the year with us!”

The tour includes both headline club shows and a string of festivals, kicking off at the 20th anniversary of the Deni Ute Muster on Friday, 28 September through to New Year’s Eve in Far North Queensland. You can catch the lads at Caloundra Music Festival, Get Your Groove On, Park Custom Bike & Tattoo Show and co-headline shows at the Palms at Crown Melbourne and Chelsea Heights Hotel with the one and only Daryl Braithwaite.
 
Thirsty Merc formed in Sydney in 2002 with their big break arriving in 2004 with the release of their debut self-titled album which included the hits, "Someday Someday" and "In The Summertime" - the long-time theme for Bondi Rescue.
