AC/DC have unleashed a brand-new official video for single, “Shot In The Dark,” from their upcoming seventeenth full-length album, Power Up (out November 13thpre-order, here), which marks the first new music from the band in six years!
The music video, directed by their long-time video director, David Mallet, features a signature high-voltage live performance from the reunited line-up of Brian Johnson, Angus Young, Stevie Young, Cliff Williams and Phil Rudd, set against a hot red neon backdrop, that proves the legendary rockers remain at the top of their game. For the album, the band reunited with producer Brendan O’Brien who helmed Black Ice back in 2008 and 2014’s Rock Or Bust. Charged up for the next decade, AC/DC cut twelve new tracks for the album, proudly maintaining their trademark sound built around monster riffs.
Power Up will be available in multiple formats, including digital, CD, and deluxe versions. The limited-edition, one-of-a-kind deluxe Power Up box is the ultimate package or die-hard fans and collectors alike. Hit the button on the side of the box and a flashing neon AC/DC logo lights up while the opening bars of Shot In The Dark blast out of a built-in speaker. Inside the box is the full CD package, a 20-page booklet featuring exclusive photos, and USB charging cable.
