Cheap Trick Turn Up The Heat on New Single, “Light Up the Fire” from Upcoming LP

Rock-pop icons, Cheap Trick have unveiled a burning new single, “Light Up the Fire,” from their upcoming 20th studio album, In Another World, which arrives April 9th. You can pre-order it here and receive an instant grat download of the track. 

Produced by longtime associate Julian Raymond, In Another World promises the “oversized hooks, mischievous lyrics, and seemingly inexorable energy” that have fueled Cheap Trick’s gilded career since the early 70s. It this hook-laden, high-octane first single is anything to go by, we can look forward to that and more – listen below.

First founded in 1974, Cheap Trick are legendary for a spate of catchy classic hits that include “California Man,” “Dream Police,” “Surrender,” “I Want You To Want Me,” and their global #1 hit “The Flame.”

“This band is held together by music,” singer Robin Zander said in a statement. “It’s the super glue that keeps us writing and putting records out.”
