Shot live in central  London's Soho Square, the members of Van Halen are being interviewed by Molly Meldrum for an episode of Countdown.

There's unashamed confidence in the guys, especially Eddie. He's not cocky, but he knows he's good. 

1978 was a good year for Van Halen. As well as spending a huge portion of the year on the road supporting Black Sabbath, they released the self-titled album which delivered us classics like "Runnin' With The Devil" and "Eruption", defining Eddie's finger-tapping style as his signature sound.
