Johnny Depp and Jeff Beck have shared another preview from their upcoming collaborative album 18, which is set to arrive on July 15th. Pre-order here.
The pair first announced the news with a Depp-penned original titled, This Is a Song For Ms Hedy Lamarr (see below), and, last week, further previewed the release with a psychedelic rendition of the Velvet Underground’s 1967 Nico-era classic, Venus in Furs.

Now, Depp and Beck have given us another taster from the forthcoming LP, containing a mix of originals and a varied mixture of covers by iconic artists like John Lennon and Marvin Gaye, with an uplifting cover of The Beach Boys’ 1966 classic, Caroline, No. Check out the official music video below.

Johnny Depp has said that it's “an extraordinary honour to play and write music with Jeff”, who he describes as “one of the true greats and someone I am now privileged enough to call my brother.”
18 will be available on CD and digitally, with a 180-gram black vinyl version coming on September 30. The cover features an illustration of Beck and Depp as 18-year-olds that was drawn and designed by Beck’s wife Sandra. All formats are available for pre-save/pre-add, here.
