Main Offender was the second studio album released by the rhythm guitar-god, between the Rolling Stones’ Steel Wheels and Voodoo Lounge projects.
To craft the 10-track LP, Richards teamed up with Talk Is Cheap (his previous solo effort, released in 1989) collaborator, Steve Jordan and Waddy Watchel, along with Richards' own group of musician friends known as The X-Pensive Winos. The sessions came together in California and New York, from March to September 1992.
