Neil Young has announced an upcoming reissue, marking 50 years since the release of his multiplatinum fourth solo album, Harvest - which remains one of the most beloved in his catalogue to this day.
The expansive 50th-anniversary-edition box set includes the original LP along with studio outtakes, unreleased live performances and a previously unseen film from the era. It’s due out in both CD, DVD and vinyl formats on December 2nd. Pre-order here.

Harvest, dense with songs that have permeated radio waves for decades, ranks among classic rock’s all-time greatest albums. The album contains two of Young’s most iconic singles, Old Man which peaked at number 31 on the US Billboard chart, and Heart of Gold which went all the way to number one.
The 50th-anniversary-edition box set celebrates the iconic 1972 LP with an unreleased live 1971 BBC solo performance on CD, LP and DVD, plus a previously unreleased film titled Harvest Time, which documents to the 1971 studio recording sessions.
