This October, New Order bassist Peter Hook is set to sell over 400 prized items at Omega Auctions. The auction is billed as The Peter Hook Signature Collection – New Order and proceeds will be donated to a number of charities including Epilepsy Society and The Christie charity.

The mammoth collection draws together hundreds of items from Hook’s time playing with New Order. Among the items up for sale, you’ll find pieces of New Wave history, like framed promotional posters and platinum records, super rare vinyl pieces, test pressings, tapes, CDs, artwork and more.

Hook is also auctioning a number of his own instruments, like the Overwater Bass Guitar originally owned by The Who’s John Entwhistle and the Prophet 5 Synthesiser And Sequencer used in the recording of the global smash “Blue Monday”.
