The 2022 Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame have been announced!

Among the stellar list of music legends is Kate Bush, Duran Duran, Dolly Parton, DEVO, Eurythmics, Beck, Lionel Richie, Rage Against The Machine, A Tribe Called Quest, Carly Simon, Judas Priest, Dionne Warwick, Fela Kuti, MC5, New York Dolls, Pat Benatar and, in the first year he is eligible, Eminem

Five acts from the list will be selected for induction by a body of more than 1,000 artists, industry members and historians, as well as fans who will have the chance to vote for their favourite nominee – you can vote here, daily.

Once all the votes are tallied, the five chosen acts will be declared the Class of 2022.

This year marks first-time nominations for a number of iconic artists, including Dolly Parton, Duran Duran, Lionel Richie, Carly Simon and, Eminem, whose debut LP arrived 25 years ago this year, making him now eligible according to the Rock Hall rules.

On the other hand, a number of nominees have been up for induction previously, including Detroit rock legends MC5, who have previously been nominated six times, and Rage Against The Machine who have been nominated four times previously.

Kate Bush, Judas Priest, New York Dolls, Eurythmics and Devo are all facing their third round of nominations, while Dionne Warwick and the late Fela Kuti were both previously nominated in 2021, and Pat Benatar in 2020.

The Rock & Roll Class of 2022 will be revealed in May. Voting is open now – go to to find out more.

Congratulations to all the nominees!
