A devoted and talented Linkin Park fan has created the ultimate mash-up of their breakout hit “One Step Closer”, using cuts from 139 different movies – including The Lion King’s Simba, Adam Sandler’s Happy Gilmore and Pulp Fiction‘s Jules Winnfield and many more – all spliced together to recreate the iconic track. YouTube user The Unusual Suspect created the genius clip of the Hybrid Theory classic after merging lines from a host of recognisable characters. At the end of the clip, the creator gives a short explanation of his motivation behind the clip, saying: “Why did I do “One Step Closer”? Because I wanted Arnold to do the ‘shut up’ bit.”

Other iconic films including Wayne’s World, Wonder Woman, Mary Poppins and Kindergarten Cop also feature in the online mashup.
