This weekend the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony took part in the US where Stevie Nicks was inducted for the second time in her career (the first with Fleetwood Mac).

The proceedings saw Stevie Nicks inducted by nonother than Harry Styles from One Direction (Nicks was quoted as mistaking One Direction for N'sync... oops!) 

Styles said when he delivered the award to Stevie;

"In my family we listened at home, we listened in the car, we listened wherever we could. “Dreams” was the first song I knew all the words to, before I really knew what all the words meant. I thought it was a song about the weather. But I knew it was a beautiful song about the weather. I always knew the words and I love them all. “Thunder only happens when it’s raining, Players only love you when they’re playing.” She’s so wise and serene. She sees all the romance and the drama in the world and she celebrates it. She will stand on stage introducing a song, telling you how she wrote them … honestly … like you’re the only other person in the world. You’re more than a fan. You are a friend. And the words say in so many ways: I understand you and you are not alone. And that is true Stevie."

Watch Stevie and Harry Styles do a fantastic rendition of "Stop Draggin' My Heart Around", with Styles doing a great job of Tom Petty's parts. His 2017 self-titled album proving that he has moved away from his boy-band roots and can firmly carry a rock song.  

And, it's not the first time the pair have performed together. A fan caught them a couple of years back doing "Landslide" together. Harry is clearly a big fan and Nicks loves him back, once claiming "he's the son I never had, so I adopted him".
