The beginning of 2018 is jam-packed with great gigs and festivals all over the country. Here's a selection that we rate as ones to put at the top of your list of things to do (and if you're stuck for last minute Christmas present ideas - tickets to these shows would guarantee you a spot on Santa's nice list!).  

Robert Plant and the Sensational Space Shifters

The legendary singer of Led Zeppelin returns to Australia along with his band, The Sensational Space Shifters. With a new album, Carry Fire, released in October 2017, and the incredible 2018 milestone; marking 50 years since Led Zeppelin’s first self-titled album was released, it promises to be a powerful show, that’s not to be missed for any true fan.

Under The Southern Stars 

Headlined by the Working Class Man himself Jimmy Barnes, Under the Southern Stars will be coming to three stunning coastal locations in NSW, VIC and QLD this January and February. The cream of the Aussie rock industry, Diesel, Richard Clapton, Ash Grunwald and Dallas Crane will round out this first class Under the Southern Stars lineup. The January shows also include international star Richie Sambora (Bon Jovi) and one of Australia's greatest success stories - Orianthi

Red Hot Summer Tour

These run of shows are the Big Day Out for us oldies! Three monumental line-ups have been announced including the likes of Suzi Quatro, The Angels, Baby Animals, The Screaming Jets and Moving Pictures on one run, and the other includes John Farnham, Darryl Braithwaite, Baby Animals, The Black Sorrows and 1927. Not to be missed!!

A Day On The Green 

Another series of SUmmer concerts that are a fabulous day out on various wineries across the country. Make a weekend of it with a day of live music and a day doing a winery tour, what more could you want from life? Eccelctic shows this season including Bryan Adams with Darryl Braithwaite, The Living End with Spiderbait and Veruca Salt, John Farnham with Kate Ceberano and Russell Morris.

Paul Weller

The Jam and The Style Council frontman will hit Sydney next January and play two shows at Sydney Opera House; his debut gigs at the iconic venue.

Byron Bay Bluesfest

One of the most respected and credible live music event son the Australian calendar is Byron Bay's Bluesfest. Sheryl Crow  & Melissa Etheridge 

Two of the most successful female American singer/songwriters, Sheryl Crow and Melissa Etheridge, will perform in a double headlining tour across Australia in 2018. In a worldwide exclusive, this is the first time the two will tour together and share the stage in a powerhouse show that will showcase all the biggest hits from these two amazing women.

Gene Simmons

Legendary Rock n’ Roll God Gene Simmons has announced he will be returning to Australia with his band to treat the Australian KISS Army to a special run of concerts in February 2018.

Amercian Idiot 

The international hit musical featuring the music of Green Day hits Australia in 2018 and features a rotating lead roll played by Aussie rock icons Phil Jamieson (Grinspoon), Adalita (Magic Dirt) and Sarah McLeod (The Superjesus).
