STEVE KILBEY fans take note – some amazing news just in! Todd Novak, the man behind specialist Chicago punk/power pop/glam reissue label HoZac Archival has just announced on facebook that his label will next year be releasing an archival collection of recordings by Baby Grande, Kilbey’s mid-70s Canberra-based band.

Nothing by this band has ever seen release before: some of this stuff has been knocking around on YouTube for a while, and it sounds great. Very Anglo, very glam (in a whimsical Bowie/Eno way rather than a Slade/Sweet way), and very recognisably Kilbey.
