This year, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame curated a virtual ceremony to honour the Class of 2020 inductees which was broadcast on HBO over the weekend (Nov 7th). Among the inductees were classic rock legends, the Doobie Brothers who were welcomed to the Hall by country music star, Luke Bryan who praised the group's enduring hits, "passed down from generation to generation of fans, because their music has never stopped sounding fresh."

To celebrate this monumental honour, we’re taking a trip back to 1973 to remember this magic performance of "Jesus Is Just Alright/Listen To The Music" live on The Midnight Special in 1973. Enjoy!

This year’s inductees also included Nine Inch Nails, Depeche Mode, Notorious B.I.G., Whitney Houston and T. Rex. Many other high-profile celebrities- including  Billy Gibbons, Dave Grohl, Don Henley, Jennifer Hudson, Billy Idol, Iggy Pop, Alicia Keys, Adam Levine, Chris Martin, Bruce Springsteen, Ringo Starr, Gwen Stefani and Nancy Wilson also took part in paying tribute to the musical artists during the ceremony.
