A Hitch To The Sticks festival returns in 2019, bringing Tex Perkins & His Fat Rubber Band, Magic Dirt, Stonefield, Ella Hooper, Bachelor Girl, Dallas Crane and more to stages across the Wangaratta region. A world-first, the traveling rock'n'roll bus takes punters from Melbourne CBD on a 3-day musical safari from November 1-3. 

A Hitch To The Sticks was born three years ago when Wangaratta-bred artist/co-festival director Dallas Frasca wanted to bring city and regional punters together for a celebration of live music that embraces regional history, local artists and produce, indigenous culture and unique event spaces while utilising Wangaratta's spectacular country landscape as its backdrop.
