We have some most excellent news for you! Weezer have just unveiled a brand-new track that will feature in the upcoming third instalment of the Bill & Ted journey, which has already brought us two most bodacious cinematic masterpieces, Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure (1989) and Bill & Ted’s Bogus Journey (1991). Now, almost three decades on, Bill & Ted Face The Music is set for release at the end of this month.
Weezer’s “Beginning Of The End [Wyld Stallyns Edit]” – The Wyld Stallyns are Bill & Ted’s rock band – is an epic cut featuring full-on tap-tastic shredding and screaming twin guitar solos. In other words, perfect. The music video accompanying the track sees Rivers Cuomo and co. channelling 80s spirit and even includes a rocking cameo from Bill & Ted themselves – aka Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter. Watch below.
