Eddie Vedder joined the Red Hot Chili Peppers on stage in LA over the weekend during the Silverlake Conservatory of Music's annual fundraiser for an epic cover of a Prince classic. After his own hour-long set, the Pearl Jam singer returned to the stage to join the Chilis for an encore of two covers: “Purple Rain”, and Jimi Hendrix's “All Along the Watchtower.”
You can watch the full RHCP set, with Vedder joining the encore around the 45' minute mark below.

The fundraiser event was hosted by comedian Marc Maron, with proceeds going towards the Silverlake Conservatory of Music, a school that was co-founded by Flea in 2001. Speaking at the event, Flea encouraged the 400-strong audience to follow their dreams, saying:
"Every time I walk in this place, my heart swells with joy. If you ever had a good idea, a music school or something else that can uplift people, do it.
"I'm a dundering moron. If I can do it, anyone can do it."
